Tesla: Software Update in 2019

All diesel cars from Audi, Skoda and Volkswagen with an EA189 engine, manufactured from 2008 through 2015. It doesn't matter if you no longer own the car.

Virtually all diesel cars, regardless of make, manufactured from early 2000 to present. In addition, all diesel cars from Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Porsche and Volkswagen manufactured from 2016 to present. It doesn't matter if you no longer own the car.

For AWD (all wheel drive) and 4x4 cars that at the time of sale were presented as having a four-wheel drive system that was always available. It turns out that for many, if not most of these cars, four-wheel drive is not available in reverse. On behalf of the owners, we demand compensation for these cases of false representation.

All Tesla Model S, manufactured from 2013 to 2016. Note that many of the cars registered in 2017 were manufactured in 2016. It doesn't matter if you no longer own the car.
